1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using NotchAstra (an OrbitBy product), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not download or use the application.
2. Grant of License
Upon successful payment of the one-time fee, OrbitBy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run NotchAstra for personal or commercial use on up to three (3) Mac devices owned or controlled by you.
- You may not resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the license key to third parties.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the binary to bypass licensing mechanisms.
3. Purchases & Refunds
All purchases are processed securely via Dodo Payments. Due to the digital nature of software delivery and instant license issuance, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you experience technical incompatibility on supported macOS hardware (macOS 14+), contact support within 14 days of purchase for assistance or refund evaluation.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
NotchAstra is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for absolute stability, low power consumption, and peak performance, OrbitBy does not guarantee that the software will be completely error-free or uninterrupted across all future operating system iterations.
